Cancellations - To confirm reservations a deposit (per room within 7 days of booking) of one nights lodging is required for one and two night stays. A deposit of 50 percent is required for stays of three nights or longer. Deposits will be forfeited if a guest arrives after the confirmed arrival date or departs before the final day of reservation. When given at least 14 day notice of cancellation, we will refund the deposit less $15.00 per rom processing fee. If less than 10 day notice is given, deposit may be used toward another visit within six months, provided we can rebook the canceled reservation. Check -in is after 4:00 p.m. and check out is by 11:00 a.m. Please notify us in advance for late arrivals.
